This looks like a .NET error rather than an application error. Maybe you can reinstall .NET 4.0 redistributables.

I haven't actually bought CYYZ yet, although it looks tempting,but the screenshots are very impressive and reminds me of X-Plane which I recently started with.
It looks a good addon and would be perfect for X-Plane in a 64bit environment.
