ATC and ATIS will work if I select a default airport with default aircraft. If I select any payware airport, ATC continues to work, but ATIS will not engage.

My issue is with the MS FS9 Atis portion of thier software. Since you see on the screen at the same time, I allways thought that ATC and ATIS ran together.
