They are all Mil_Cargo spots, this was requested by George. All Spots in the terminal area have parking codes and the radii were set to work with the common Freeware AI-Aircraft. If you still encounter major AI-Problems I will upoload an AFD-File with the correct Types or send you the original ADEX ...

The CYUL AFCAD was designed with special attention to AI, as AI is very important to me, as well.
You should not recognize any disadvantages from the Mil_Cargo Spots.

But I can't recommend to use it.
It should produce more problems then it may solves.

I'm sure you can get a seperate AFCAD, but I think this won't help you. Your Problem sounds like it is related to the Weather Engine. When you use Active Sky, try with selecting: "Force Destination weather in XX nm radius. " (I don't recall the option perfectly) //Edit: Sry, I missed that ...

That is a normal behavior, because the Runways are crosswinded.
