Double Purchase Copenhagen

I have today by simMarket purchased Copenhagen.
During installation it was displayed to me that I had already installed this scenery.
Unfortunately I forgot that I had already bought these from ORBX on October 10th, 2023.

After contacting SimMarket about this matter, I was told the following.

Dear Customer,
our system shows no record ofa double order for this product from you.
Please contact the developer and ask him to give us permission to give you a store credit. this is only possible with the vendor"s confirmation (vendor must confirm it to simMarket)
Refunds are not possible due to the intangible nature of digital downloads.
We hope you understand.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a contact email address, so I'm posting this here in the forum.
