LV Monorail

Question I am not seeing the LV Monorail in MSFS I see the track but I am not seeing the monorail like I did in P3D. I purchased the scenery via Orbx and I do not see the config utility to add and uncheck items like we did in P3D. Do you all have the animated monorail in MSFS?
