Extremely bumpy RWY, Apron and Taxiway at LGIR

I observe an extremely bumpy RWY, Taxiway and Apron at LGIR.

Is this the way it is supposed to be?

All scenery layers from LGIR are in scenery_packs.ini and are in the correct order.

No additional global mesh installed.
