Edit: Solved after update 6 - Sim freezes while loading EKCH

Edit: I loaded into EKCH three times in a row, so it seems my issue is solved. Going to re-rate this add-on now!

So, whenever I try to start at EKCH by FlyTampa (purchased through marketplace in game), the loading screen will freeze about halfway through, and I have to kill MSFS in task manager. I do not own any other FlyTampa product, and this is indeed my first payware product in MSFS. Only mods installed are some liveries and FBW A32nx, and Working Title CJ4.

I tried to start at another airfield and set a flight plan to EKCH, but fast forwarding time to final approach at EKCH froze the loading bar again.

Unfortunately, I can't get a refund because of MS's predatory marketplace policies, so now I would like to at least get it to work. Anyone else with the same problem?

I just tried starting at another airport and flying to EKCH, and there were no problems. So the loading screen only hangs when I try to start at EKCH.

This time my game crashes while approaching EKCH. I'm done with this plugin, and I'd warn others to stay away too.

No problem here. I suggest that you delete any cache/rolling cache, shut the sim down, delete the content.xml and then start the sim up and see how you get on. It may take a little while longer for the sim to start up the first time after you have deleted the content.xml.

Have you tried with EVERYTHING in your community folder removed, except for EKCH?

Strange how some people have issues and others don't. Hopefully the sim update later today will fix the problem.

Or rather, a fresh download of MFSF is my last hope, but that's a daunting prospect considering how long it takes to download all updates!

I have the same problem and always chose my airplane to startup in EKRK. When I am parked in EKRK I stop this flight and go back and chose EKCH and then Fly Tampa EKCH loads.
