Just saw it was released on the MSFS Marketplace. Congrats guys.

Only problem is it's an automatic failed purchase for some reason. Not sure if you guys have any insight on this.

I'm afraid we do not control the marketplace process. Did you receive any error messages on purchase, or?

Wasn't able to purchase unfortunately. It just automatically fails the purchase. That's the error message I get.

I'm still getting an instant 'failed purchase' from the store. I understand this isn't your fault, but I'd highly suggest you have an alternate means for customers to purchase.

Sure. I suggest to contact support through MS zendesk, they are usually very quick to resolve issues.

Will do. Apparently people have been having this issue for weeks if not more. Can't imagine how many others just aren't posting about it. That's something I'd be screaming about to MS if I was still in the business, especially if it was my only means of selling my product.

Do not run the game as admin. I had same problem with failure and restarted normally and bought it. Its a work of art!!! I can't wait for the rest of Fly Tampa's airports!!!!!

Tried that...no go...I think it might be because I'm connected to a VPN while working form home. I'll check that later.

I've been buying up a lot of add ons since MSFS launched last month and have avoided the Marketplace option, mainly because I'd rather have my money going directly to developers. However it seems I have no option on this occasion, which is disappointing. Purchase wasn't difficult, but downloading is hideously slow. Please consider offering your wonderful products for MSFS in the time honored fashion. I am not impressed at all with Marketplace on this showing...

UPDATE
I discovered that if I try to download within Content Manager rather than the store itself that it's much, much faster. Fine in fact. But I would still prefer to buy direct from developers...

Still a no go for me. I'll just have to wait until hopefully it makes Simmarket or something else. First time in decades I haven't been able to buy a FT product. Sorry guys.
