Bellagio Fountains

I know this is flight simulator and not tourist simulator, but are the Bellagio fountains on a schedule? I have all options checked in the configurator, but have yet to see the fountains active. I guess this would go for the Treasure Island volcano too, but I think that may only go at night.

Fountains are active daily after 15:00 and volcano is active after 20:00 in the evening. Both, till midnight :)
