Hi guys, hope you can help. I don't profess to be an expert with scenery config and am very wary of making changes, but suspect the issue I just ran into won't be new. Already loving Kai-Tak I bought the TNCM package today for P3D v4.1.
Incidentally I used the default TNCM yesterday and there were no elevation issues. I also do not have ORBX vector as I understand AEC is a known issue.
Ran the main installer, ran the patch and followed the select file deletions that are mentioned on the site.
Yesterday I used the default TNCM and it looked fine, but now I have elevation issues. I tried to include images of the effect and my scenery priorities but I'm not allowed to it seems
In terms of scenery order I currently have:
1 FlyTampa libraries
2 UK2000 airport
3 UK2000 airport
4 FTXAA_ORBXLIBS
5 FTX_EU_ENG_05_SCENERY
6 FTX CVX
7 FTX MESH
8 FTX CUSTOM
9 ORBX!OPENLC_BASE
10 ORBX!OPENLC_EUROPE1
11 ORBX!OPENLC_NAMERICA1
12 UK2000 COMMON LIBRARY
13 FlyTampa-KaiTak
14 FlyTampa-KaiTak_LC
15 then P3D defaults....
is it correct I don't see St Maarten listed as per my existing Kai-Tak?
thanks in advance
Dave
==========
Update: If I overlooked this in any directions then it's my fault, but I don't recall coming across instructions covering this, and don't believe I needed to do this for Kai-Tak (though that was a while ago)
As I could see the new folder "F:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\FlyTampa" I tried using the P3D scenery menu to Add Area and on selecting the folder it populated the name field. Taking this as a good sign I proceeded to add and problem solved.
Nevertheless I'd appreciate any further guidance on prioritisation and installation steps that should be considered. FWIW my resulting list of priorities is now:
1 St Maarten (which was not showing previously)
2 FlyTampa libraries
3 UK2000 airport
4 UK2000 airport
5 FTXAA_ORBXLIBS
6 FTX_EU_ENG_05_SCENERY
7 FTX CVX
8 FTX MESH
9 FTX CUSTOM
10 ORBX!OPENLC_BASE
11 ORBX!OPENLC_EUROPE1
12 ORBX!OPENLC_NAMERICA1
13 UK2000 COMMON LIBRARY
14 FlyTampa-KaiTak
15 FlyTampa-KaiTak_LC
16 then P3D defaults....
cheers
Dave

Re: TNCM elevation (not AEC)
From what I understand the problem was solved and it was just the missing Scenery Library entry for TNCM that you added manually?
The order of our Addon in the Scenery Library does not matter, also with respect to the FlyTampa-Libraries. The only thing that matters in that regard is that if you have one of our sceneries' that has both a FlyTampa-XXX and FlyTampa-XXX_LC entry, the _LC entry must always be lower then the non-LC one.

Yes that's right I used the installer expecting it to handle all scenery entries but the full list only showed after I subsequently ran the P3D "Add area..." approach. As I said, I don't think I missed any install notes so it just threw me a bit. Thanks for the extra info about LC vs non LC priorities, every bit of learning helps!
