Autogate at B9 does not work

Normally I use gate D3, where the autogate works fine via SAM in the plugins menu. This time I taxied to B9 and followed the yellow line until I got the B9 stop sign, but the autogate did not work. Then when I restarted XP11 and specified B9 as location for the aircraft, I could see it was placed approx.. 1 meter to the right of the yellow line, however now the autogate works. So is it a bug with the misplaced yellow line and stop sign?
