P3Dv5.1 : black airport objects

Hello team,

Something has changed with the V5.1 update as multiple scenery Addons show the same issue.
It seems that Addon developers need to change something in their scenery...

I've seen most developers confirm they need to fix it on their end.

Lol, I just posted this on Amsterdam subsection today.

Yeah, my purchases have fully stopped till the airports are fixed. No point buy anything if I see black textures.

Hoping for quick library update by flytampa
