I think it goes beyond custom polygons, the fact is that Runway 18L is taken into account as from the actual runway threshold, instead of taking into account the whole runway length; therefore avoiding the use of taxiways: E6/E5/E4/E3, because for the sim/scenery, that portion of the run...
