Hi there,

When I am on C11 and activate the Jetway ctrl+J, it moves towards the plane. At the plane, iw lowers at the ceiling of the cockpit and stops fir about 30 %at the lower part of the jetway in the fuselage.

How can this be solved please?

Hello, Found the answer. As said, on Schiphol they have gates that can be used for small and heavy planes. As my 737 is a small aircraft, gate D79 is used. In the other case this same gate is D48.
