I too get CTD on my 3 tests on a RTX 2080 at 2048

OMG, turn off toronto.bgl and toronto_placement.bgl did fix my FlyTampa CYYZ 'problems'. I lost downtown but how cares if I can smoothly taxi around. Please continue your experiments in ADE

No problem with FPS here also. I've got a 8700k + 2080. No problems with dynamic lights. Plus using Ai Reborn dynamic lights. Amazing reflections of AI on runway at night. Since P3dv4.4, I dont consider DL to be a problem anymore.
