I have a both Amsterdam and Amsterdam LC, I even moved them of the top of list, nothing help !

how to resolved that problem ? I spend last two days, and I cant fix it :-( I did moved Amsterdam and Amsterdam LC to the very top did not fixed the problem. flytampa-libraries I have on the top and I cant move them . If someone know how to fix it please help me :( but I have that problem in prepar3...
