Okay, I didn't know that Vista 64 can run with 16 gb

On Vista 32, you will can use 3,5 gb.
On Vista 64, you will can use 4 or 6 gb of RAM ( I don't remember if it is 4 or 6 ), but on Win 7 64 bits, there are no problems for 8 or 12 gbs of RAM...

I would want to create a scenery in California for FSX and I would want to use FS Earth Tiles to make a photorealistic scenery, I would want to know if i have got the right to use photoscenery for a public distribution ( in the USA )...
