Missing Gates

For flytoronto, everything works great, but when time changes (ex. Night to Dawn) the gates turn black.

I 'm not able to replicate this problem. Are you using FSX or Prepar3D and how are you seeing the issue? only when the time changes from day to night while in-game, or also when you load/boot at CYYZ at dusk/dawn.

Only advice at this point is to run the CYYZ installer again to make sure all textures get reinstalled in case some went missing.

I was using FSX, and this occurs at any time change when airport lights switch from off to on, or on to off.

Is it a dx10 preview issue?

In attempt to solve the issue, I was planning to uninstall FlyTampa using the configurator within the file. Once I have uninstalled the program, will I be able to reinstall the program the same way I originally downloaded it?

If its a missing file issue, you can just reinstall without uninstalling. All you need to reinstall is the Installer Executable. If you haven't saved that file you may need to redownload. If you cannot redownload email support with your name requesting a new CYYZ download.

I reinstalled all of the FlyTampa files, but I am still having the same problem with the gates. Is there any other solution you may have. (Again, the problem occurs when the airport lights turn off and on)

I have not come up with any possible reasons this could happen.

When you load a flight at Nighttime, does the jetway have its night textures?

Yes, when I load at night all textures are present.

I honestly don't know what the issue might be and how to fix it for you. If you have both the day and night textures, at dusk/damn they just get blended together, which is what I get here. I also haven't seen any other reports of this happening so I have no clue to at this point.

is there anyway that I can uninstall all files (including the installer), and then reinstall all of the files?

There should be an Uninstall in the Start Menu/FlyTampa/

if you cant find it there its in FSX/FlyTampa/Toronto/

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the software, but I am still experiencing the problem, even with different aircraft.
