FlyTampa scenery is more efficient than Microsoft scenery as a general rule... so if you're happy with your performance now, you'll be happy with FlyTampa scenery installed.

Did you ever upgrade the graphics card of your computer? I see Dell loves to put this "Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2" in their computers inlcuding your 4600 and I can tell you there is nothing "extreme" about those other than the low costs for Dell. From what other users with such gfx systems reported you'll need to use the texture downgrade with Midway.

Other than for the graphics card bottleneck general performance at Midway will depend on how your AI traffic in FS is setup. If you don't use AI traffic at all Midway shouldn't run much slower than whatever the default KMDW runs on your system.
