Landing 36L

Post by specialist » Sat Jul 16, 2005 2:29 pm

I would like to know how can I change the AFCAD to allow me to land on RW 36L. I was watching a cockpit video of an Airbus landing on 36L, and I was wondering why it's not the same on fs9.

why do you need an afcad update to be able to land on 36L?

Indeed, most a/c land on 36L. 36R is used only by GA and Gulfstream Air's B1900's. Now both 18R and 18L are used for landings, but 18R is used primarily for takeoffs with 18L used only by Gulfstream and GA (I think this is primarily due to the proximity of MacDill AFB, and the no-fly zone around it).
