Concourse - OMDB - FSX

Hi,

I'm using PMDG 777 (Emirates ailrlines) and whenever i land in OMDB the ATC refer me to the concourse E which is far from the terminal and the gateways.
be informed that i'm using my traffic 2013.
please assist to determine the issue.

Remove the My traffic afcad for OMDB.
BR2_OMDB.BGL found in FSX\MyTraffic\Scenery

I've done it but the issue remain the same.

I have GSX as well, it can affect?

Its probably a incorrect parking code in the aircraft.cfg for that Emirates livery.

Now I did a format to my PC, I installed FSX and I've tried the default OMDB airport and default 737-800 and ATC refer me to concourse F which is good.
I installed flytampa OMDB and then I've done the same with the same default 737-800 but ATC refer me to concourse E.
I believe now that the issue comes from Flytampa OMDB.

please assist.

The parking gates at the terminals using the FT Dubai are coded for airline use, if the aircraft that you are using isn't coded to use those same identifiers the ATC will direct you to an un-coded gate/spot which for the most part will be over on the north side of the airport.
Using GSX can often help as you select what gate you want to use.

Alternatively you can edit the aircraft you fly to park at a gate by assigning a code to them.
- In the aircraft.cfg each aircraft entry has a atc_parking_codes= by simply adding the ICAO code UAE, the default ATC should direct you to park at one of the Emirates gates for parking.

You need to add atc_parking_codes=UAE
