Scenery Overlapping

Post by Rotate » Sat Jan 09, 2016 6:58 am

Hey guys,

I just updated EKCH, by uninstalling the old version as admin and installing the new version as admin in win 7 64bit.
I checked that EKCH is in the settings -> scenery library and that it is active.
When I start fax in EKCH the FlyTampa scenery is overlapping with default trees, water and houses, yet the default EKCH scenery has disappeared and between the buildings and trees the FLyTampa scenery is visible.
I've tried to reinstall the scenery without any luck.
I've tried to search for duplicated AFCAD files without any luck.
After 3 hours of fiddling around and googling my way through the internet I couldn't find any solution that works for me, except the worst case scenario of reinstalling FSX, which atm is no option.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit, Orbx Global (didn't cause any problems with the earlier version) and WOAI traffic (checked all folders, (there are many!) and no flytampa files to be found there either).

Looking forward to hear from you guys on how to solve this problem.

Could you please post a shot? also make sure to include a shot of your scenery library.

Problem solved, re-installed the scenery again. Then set the season in the configurator and started FSX, made sure that all 3 files are active in the library. After running EKCH I went back to the configurator and was able to set the settings and got everything working.
