I can't say it often enough, if this doesn't run as fast as the FS2004 MIA default scenery, re-install wihout 3d taxilights. You should be seeing almost no frame-rate loss at all if you follow the tips in the documentation. (This is assuming you have a decent graphics card with 32 or more MB of Ram on it).
