Fuel service or station

Is it normal that there isn't any option for fueling in the latest 2.4 version? There are no fuel truck service, and in the ATC menu there's no option to request taxi to fuel station.

I am not aware of having changes anything related to this in the Afcad. Are you sure it was available before? with a 3rd party Afcad perhaps?
