Problem with Texture_Max_Load

Hi,
I installed the Flytampa - Dubai.
I chose 4096 textures resolution in the installation.
When the setup finished, i got an error: "the Texture_Max_load didn't set to 4096, please set manually" something like this message.

How to set the dubai airport to 4096?

In general setting in the simulator, i set it to 4096.

But, i want to set also the Flytampa - Dubai to 4096..
How to do it manually?

Is this Prepar3D? If so, this installer option is irrelevant. It exists for FSX which had no texture-size slider at all and only a Text Config setting instead.
