Cannot take off from 16L

I have version 1.1 installed and am having an issue taking off from 16L. My AI seem to be OK, but my UI planes are not. At first I thought it was a new freeware plane that I installed and had a bad FDE (the Premier Aircraft Design DHC8B), but I then tried the same plane from 16R and at other airports and could take off. I've also seen the same behaviour with the TDS B738. Has anybody else seen this issue? Other than the FlyTampa YSSY I do have the Orbx/FTX Australia SP4 installed (YSSY is higher than any of my Orbx/FTX entries in the scenery library).
