Moving jetways not lining up with door

Hello, I have parked in most of the gates where there are animated jetways but for some reason the jetways do not adjust vertically to line up with the door. They move out towards the aircraft just fine but do not move up and down.

They should move up & down. Which gate, what aircraft?

I tried all the gates on that list of int/domestic ik-jetways thats publishes on the manual for sydney and they all do the same thing. i use the Level d 767.

Try the default 737 & see if you have the same problem.

it moves up and down on the 737 but not on the leveld 767

What does your LDS 767 have for an EXITS setting in the the aircraft.cfg?
