Problems and Failures

Hello Guys,
i need your help, please.

I have always, when i fly, some flickering in the near/on the scenery.

The second problem is that i have, is my FSX chrashes very oft with
this failure on the Picture in approach, around the scenery or on it.

I hope you can help me to fix this Problem to
fly to copenhagen with no prolems.
