3D City lights-reduced viewing distance version

Here is an alternative version of 3DCity lights, with reduced viewing distance.
This can help reducing the 'shimmering effect' caused by city lights from afar.

First, please run Flytampa-Configurator.exe and make sure that '3D City lights' box is ticked.

Then, grab the attached file and drop into: Addon Scenery\FlytTampa-Copenhagen\scenery\
Replace when asked.

For me it does not help

i replaced the file but i don't sea any difference...

Settings in configurator are ok..
