Installing updates??
Do I need to install the updates for the scenery of ( for example Montreal or Dubai) to the latest version, IF I purchased, and downloaded the particular scenery AFTER the update for that particular scenery was posted for download? I understand someone who purchased the scenery prior to the update would need to install it in order to have the newest version, but are the original files for the scenery updated to the latest version once the update has been made available? I ask this, because the description of the original scenery file has the number of the original earliest version. Thank you in advance. Hopefully George can answer this for me.

That depends on the Scenery. Sometimes an update is optional and just add non-vital stuff or changes things not all users will be happy with so we don't necessarily integrate them into the main/purchase installer.
Installing any updates either EXE or ZIP is safe and can't really do any harm as long as you don't mistakenly install a lower version update.
Note the version numbers are both in the Installers filename and Titlebar like: FlyTampa-Airport12_FSX (would mean version 1.2)
