sorry but I meant in FSX it does not appear in AESHELP because it is manually installed but CAN you get runway and taxiway textures??? Please reply (yes this was just a joke meant to annoy you LOL)

The runways in the video look like default runways with REX textures.
Maybe ORBX PNW too?
