Midway v2.0 FSX Thanks & a Question

Just wanted to know if there is any need to install any of the old fs9 files into fsx before installing the update, or does the Midway 2.0 scenery for FSX has it all? It says update, but all I've read so far says that it requires my old key which I still have.

It only requires your old key.
