solution for AI to use IGS 13 regardless of weather

Hey guys. I have been given permission to upload afcad modification for you and your AI traffic. Just copy and paste inside your Flytampa-HongKong folder but make sure you make a back-up. I made this modification so that you do not have to change weather or anything just to make the AI to fly into the airport by IGS 13. This also allow you to fly with the traffic using the IGS 13. Please let me know if it does not work in your computer. It works in my computer. Happy Flying!
