problem loading the scenery package

Hi, I just purchased the FlyTampa Sydney from the xplane store and I put the two files into custom scenery, and went to load xplane and I attached the warning I got, I have no idea how to fix this as this is my first scenery thing I've got for xplane. how do I fix?

I can only install sam 2, because sam 3 doesn't work on apple silicone and still doesn't work

You can use Open SAM.
