I must admit, I'm not an FS9 "Avionic Guru", so I'm a little bit lost on this one. Regardless which aircraft I'm using, I'm missing the VOR DME informations. VORs shown on the PFD but as I said when tuning in the frequencies-no DME. Also I'm missing the SHA LO WAN NDB. Its not showing up anywhere. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Martin,
I had a look on the afcad, and I have no SHA LO WAN NDB. Also a strange frequencY for CH VOR (360.0). Also TH VOR is missing. So it looks like its an mess up with the AFCAD but I have no idea why. I had no other Hong Kong addons or mods so really dont understand what had happened. I'll try to reinstall the scenery. If it fails agian, is there any chance to get the AFCAD file seperate?. Thanks for your help
Edit:
Downloaded again from simmarket and reinstalled. Opened AFCAD with the afcad tool. No change. SL missing, TH missing, TP missing.
Would it be possible that someone could post the original AFCAD so that I can replace my corrupted one ? Thanks for any help

You are missing a whole lot of Navaids for some reason. I am trying to find out why but do not have a answer.
Could you look at the date and file size of your af2_VHHX.bgl before adding the one I attached? It should be
32kb

I attached the AFCAD that should load with the installer. Copy the attached AFCAD to the ......FS9\Addon Scenery\FlyTampa-HongKong\Scenery folder. You will be ask if you want to overwrite the exisiting file if the AFCAD was placed in the correct folder to begin with. Say yes.

This is the Navaid list for the AFCAD I just sent you.

After coping my attached AFCAD to your FS9 and it still does not read as the picture shows then there is a conflict with another AFCAD somewhere.
Do you have a 3rd party VHHH on your computer?
Once again look at the date of the AFCAD I sent and see if it shows after coping to FT my correct date, time and size.
It also appears as per your picture you are running AFCAD2 from a zip file. That will not work. AFCAD has to be unzipped and installed so a complete database of all FS9 can be generated.

Investigating further I now see you are only reading the Navaids that I added to kai Tak with your zipped AFCAD.
You must place AFCAD in a folder on your computer and run it so a complete database will be generated. Once the database is read which also reads the .....FS9\Scenery\Asia\scenery\AP978240.BGL and the NV9asia0.bgl then and only then will your Navaid list populate properly.
If you still cannot see a certain VOR or NDB then we will have to check your default NV9asia0.bgl for corruption or missing completely from FS9.

Start the AFCAD Utility selecting 'Open Airport'.
Place a radio button in the circle that says 'From Specific File'
Click mouse on Open File Box
Navigate to the FS9\Addon Scenery\FlyTampa-HongKong\Scenery folder
Scroll until you see the af2_VHHX.bgl and click on it.
Expand the + in the left pane window that says Hong Kong SAR
Click the Hong Kong that now shows
In the right pane window you should now have a ID VHHX Hong Kong Airport
Double click it and the AFCAD I sent you should open and the Navaid list should populate
check that for me.

Yes
that is the file that has all the Navaids you are missing. If you have the original FS9 disk you can copy that file off the disk and add it back to the Asia Scenery folder.
If that file is missing then I wonder if other files may be missing. You can copy all the asia scenery files from the disk back to the asia scenery folder on your hard drive.
You will have to run the installer again because 1 file is replaced by FT and the original backed up (HP978240)
