There is already a FSX version of TNCM. Bart & Saba however are only for FS9.

Where can I download the FSX version at? Do I just download the FS9 one and put it on FSX without the other islands?

You can get the FSX version with the 'complete' package found here:

Oh, but you can only get the preliminary type, when will the actual one come out, because on that site I don't see a link under FSX to buy it (no links under it that say purchase).

The preliminary & final won't vary much. SP1 didn't do much for scenery.

They differ by $12.00. So saying "you can get it here(with a link to the more expensive product)" is something less than satisfactory.

There have been numerous statements by FlyTampa people saying the differences between the preliminary and final versions will be small, so one could reasonably hope that the final version would be out soon.

So, restating the original question with some added clarity:

When will the final ($12.00-cheaper-lacking-the-"full-package"-that-FSX-users-can't-use-anyway) version for FSX be made available?

That I cant answer at this time. sorry if its confusing. We were expecting to have to make more changes or have more problems after sp1. Martin will be able to answer more questions about the standalone TNCM for FSX when he's back in town.

Thanks, George,

If the truth be known, I wouldn't probably fly the other airports in the package anyway, but I'd pay a small premium to get the animated ships & stuff into FSX.

Hello again,

Now I'm back from holidays. These are not good news. If the final version isn't very different from the preliminary version it can not be so difficult to publish the FSX-version as a stand alone version.
I don't wont to pay money for a version which only partly works on FSX.

Thanks,
Patric

cant you go under scenery library and click add scenery, find the fly tampa file and then clik it and save it into the fsx file?
