RWY 28 departure at TFFJ?

Do real A/C depart RWY 28 at TFFJ?

Right now winds are 230/6 according to ASV and my Active rwy for departure at TFFJ appears to be 28. Is this normal?

In real life not allowed (see TFFJ chart page within the PDF manual).

In the Sim: From what I understand it is not possible to close 28 for takeoffs without closing it for landings at the same time. Landings on 28 are however allowed.

Closing the runway 28 completely is easy in Afcad, however you will miss the 28 landing option.
