Not heard back from email...

I sent an email to support for replacement download files for my SEA and SFO keys and I haven't heard back and it's been about 5 days...I usually hear back from support by now so I'm guessing it's probably a bounced email on my part...it was sent from unitedpilotguy@sbcglobal.net...I'd appreciate it if someone could look into this...
