no runway or taxi lights

Hey guys! I have no runway lights or taxi lights on all runways and I have 5 flytampa sceneries installed. Not one runway is lit up. Anybody had this problem? if so how did you fix it? I'm on P3D V5.....Thanks in advance!!

I seem to have the same problem Ay dusk, dawn and night I do see them. Only at daytime they are not visible.

Using time preview? You have to apply the selected time of day before they show up.

Can you explain "time preview" Where in P3DV5 is that found? I also see no runway lights during the day.
