[MSFS] glideslope too low?

Post by sgwkelly » Wed Dec 30, 2020 1:53 pm

Just purchased and installed KLAS for MSFS 2020 (v 1.2). Everything looks great, apart from the glideslope for 26L seems too low. Tested a couple of times - ok at initial capture (i.e., seems to be aligned with PAPI - 2 red / 2 white), but by around 3-4 miles out, the GS 'guides' you below the correct approach profile (giving you 4 red PAPI and, if you continue to follow the GS, putting you into the houses some way short of rwy 26L). Tried reinstall etc. - no change. Anyone else have this problem?

Strange- this issue had appeared in the immediately previous version of MSFS, and was fixed before release. Will test again and update

Hi Emilios,

I have the MSFS Marketplace Version and can confirm this happened to me yesterday as well so it seems to be an issue with the current version also.

Hi, I just picked up this add-on and really love it so far but I too noticed this problem during my first ILS approach to KLAS. Is this still on the radar to get fixed?

I'm having difficulty with the ILS for 01L. Have had numerous go-arounds, as the aircraft will not fix on the glidescope and the localizer is wayyyyy off to the right.
