Night Runway Lighting - Bloom

On 4.5 - I have played w/ all the HDR Light settings, have turned HDR off, and have ticked Dynamic Lighting - none of this helped me reduce the bloom of the runway lighting at Fly Tampa airports - they look unrealistic - any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Please, can you post an image with that bloom issues?
