serial numbers and xplane store

hi all just purchased Corfu on the xplane store and after downloading the installer it asked for serial number i put the product keys in and the continue button is still off i have a imac if that makes any difference thanks for any help.

Once a guitar is ordered, when does the serial number and spec page become available? I ordered a Tele type about 7-8 weeks ago...just curious


