Unable to Download in Marketplace

Hi - I am unsure if this is where I should be posted but I presume I will be directed back to Microsoft.

I purchased EKCH just now and the marketplace does not allow me to download. It tries to download and at about 50/1.18GB the download fails and resets. I have tried to download it multiple times with no resolution.

Any ideas or solutions on how to move forward ?

Make sure your bandwitdth limiter (InGame Option) is set to unlimited and delete the rolling cache, thats help me and i had the same problem.

Thank you for your response. I tried both those things with no resolution. As much as I don't want to I guess I will have to figure out a way to get a refund from the marketplace. It's too bad, Flytampa products are amazing.
