Boston rebooted v5

Hello,
I recently installed Boston for p3dv5.
All looks OK except of night textures where I can see runway lights of both default version and FT version.
I tried to reinstall but the same results.
Any idea what can be the issue
(only night textures and I have also US cities aerosoft Boston)

made correcton to suggested .bgl files, but still night lights on runways seem to be doubled (original + FT..)
any idea ?

You have another BOS afcad active. You need to disable it.

instructions for fixing Aerosoft city...

US Cities X Boston is compatible with Flytampa Boston rebooted with some small adjustments.

Rename AF2_KBOS_ALT.BGL to AF2_KBOS_ALT.OFF
This file can be found in Your Prepar3D Folder\Scenery\World\Scenery
Without disabling this file you will experience elevation problems.


To remove photoscenery problems around the airport. Find Your Prepar3d Folder\Ecosystem\aerosoft\USCitiesX-Boston\Scenery

Rename Boston_Aerial_B02.bgl to Boston_Aerial_B02.off

Conflicting buildings on the Cargo ramp can be disable by re-naming
Boston3D_Collected_NormalApt.bgl to Boston3D_Collected_NormalApt.off
Found in Your Prepar3D\Ecosystem\aerosoft\USCitiesX-Boston\Scenery

Even with these files turned off, I am still getting duplicate building on KBOS

Not really sure. Maybe they changed the location of the install? Or you have a duplicate install. Their AFCAD is still active, you can tell by the stock taxiway signs.

The way exclusions work in V5 is different. It could be something to do with that, but I don't think the fix is my end.

I just used a freeware program called Lordby SL to move FlyTampa Boston ABOVE Aerosoft Boston in the scenery library, it appears the aerosoft building are gone now. Both files in the scenery library are xml so they cant be moved unless that program is being used.
