Addon XML states Layer 142 - is this mandatory ?

Hi guys,
thanks for this fantastic scenery!

Just a quick question about the addon.xml. It specifies layer 142. I suppose there is a reason behind that of course. But is it mandatory to keep it there in any case or could I remove the layer entry in order to have the scenery library a bit more tidy?

Please don't screw around with the FlyTampa scenery files! This is just a recipe for disaster with your simulator. I'm sure in a restaurant you don't go to the chef and ask if adding oregano to your meal is necessary and it's the same case with George/Martin with developing Copenhagen v2.
