Installation Copenhagen V2 stops

Hello I bought the Copenhagen V2 scenery as an update.
Before the installation I deleted the old version and restarted the computer.
Then I started the installation with admin rights. The installation stops at the area as shown
in the picture below. I canceled and restarted the installation, but to no avail.
What can I do.

Possibly a connection issue? have you tried again?

Thank you for the fast feedback,
the connection is stable.
I downloaded the installer again, deleted the configurator and reinstalled it to see if there
were any old files from the old EKCH scenery.
The firewall and virus protection turned off.
Unfortunately without success the installation is always stopped.
I also tried the server from Amsterdam, but also no success.
I have almost all FlyTampa sceneries with few exceptions but I have never had such a problem.
At different times of the day I have tried to install Copenhagen V2 ten times without success.
Do you have any ideas?

If there is a problem during file extraction it is usually a file access issue. It just stopped at that file without any error message?
Couple of thinks to check:
1. That your harddrive (the one you are installing to as well as windows "temp") aren't full or nearly full.
2. Try installing again after rebooting Windows without running any other programs first.

The particular file it got stuck at tells me this was at the very end of the Installation process. Whats left at that point is a couple of configurator files and adding the entry to the Library, but all EKCH scenery files are already installed. If none of the above helps, email us and I'll help you finish the installation.

yes the installation will stop without an error message.
I have windows and the simulator on 2 separate SSDs each 1TB
C = Win -> 241GB free P = Prepar3D -> 195GB free
The Win Temp folder has been cleaned up
The computer was restarted.
The installation stopped at the same point.

at first it worked now :-)
I closed all background programs again today and started the installation.
And oh wonder this time it worked the installation was finished properly.

Hi guys,
I just want to report I'm experiencing the same problem updating my already installed V2 of Copenhagen.
Cleaned up everything EKCH related within P3D/FlyTampa but that doesn't help.
The target directory is also excluded from Windows defender.

Is there a "trick" to manually finish the installation?

Otherwise I will try in safe mode later to rule out any background processes.

PS: I did the same with Sydney before and the installer finished without any issues.
