KBOS gorund texture issue on arrival

when arriving into KBOS the ground textures do not load in when arriving from far away. no issue when loaded into KBOS just when arriving. large black square over airport

That's the old FSX version?

Running in Dx10 mode? System out of memory?

Try turning off Dx10
