Not to peddle my own product but you're welcome to try our version of IAH.

Make sure to get the update pack as it contains the jetways.

OOOPS, file not found, for your KIAH scenery.
You may have to upload it again to Avsim or something.
I'd like to download it. :)

Ah, bummer. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like re-upping all my sceneries to Avsim will be my next weekend project.

IAH should be on flightsim too but I don't know about the update pack. I'll have to check.

Ya I think your scenery is the one I'm currently using, I've updated the afcad by looking at google maps, AOPA taxiway diagrams and by visiting the airport because I currently live in Houston. I must say you did a very good job with it and only leaving it as a freeware. I've also added the new temporary B terminals with the corresponding number of gates with the appropriate headings.[/code]

Minneapolis St. Paul Intl.

Post by nickac1092 » Thu Dec 10, 2009 8:21 pm

Can the fly tampa team make Minneapolis St. Paul airport and make it capible with AES? I bought KMSP from Blueprint simulations. They suck at designing a airport. To the designers: There are alot of detail with minneapolis so make sure you can do what you can. I would like to park my smallest aircraft for a example: a ERJ-145 at a small gate, BUT THE JETWAY IS UNREALISTICLY TO HIGH!!!! Here is what Blueprint's version of Minneapolis St. Paul looks like:

Holy crap you people are dumb.

Clearly you don't understand that Blueprint isn't trying to be the best out there in terms of detail. They are trying to cater to a specific market.

Let's see you make something that looks like a Blueprint scenery, then talk.

My personal opinion, Blueprint is worse than freeware sceneries. :| I would not buy there products for one cent.

Well at least you aren't calling them out as crappy.

If people were smart, they'd realize that BluePrint is just trying to create an accurate, not FlyTampa like in terms of detail, depiction of the airport buildings and not much else. They realize they are in between default and FlyTampa or FSDT or Aerosoft, etc. and they only charge that much for their sceneries.

Are there freeware sceneries that are better in terms of detail? Hell yeah. But these can still fill in the gap until a more detailed scenery is available...if you are willing to pay for it.
