Todays hardware is a bit better than the one your mother bought you from the Staples bargain basement.

FSX can be maxed out now. PMDG NGX, Quality scenery, HD clouds, Smooooooth, Bliss....

Not currently planning to model the city so extensively, but of course some landmarks&major structures will be included.
Copenhagen is fairly represented in FS, especially in conjunction with some terrain/ground related add-ons.

When will we have some new previews of the Airport ? Can't really wait any longer for this add on to FSX. What about traffic in the airport, will that be changed, so the planes land on the right runways, landing from Øresund runway 22L and take off runway 22R and landing from Køge bugt runway 04L and take off runway 04R. And not as they do right now landing from Øresund 22R and take off 22R and landing from Køge bugt runway 04R and take off runway 04R. You can easily assign one runway for landing and one exclusively for take off. But when using mixed runways like CPH does, you need to set it according to the wind direction, but again it can be done very easily.

Will we see something from the Copenhagen area in scenery, like the old park "TIVOLI" with rollercoaster and other moving things..The well known tiltle about the danish capital "Wonderful Copenhagen" Hope Tampa will bring something of this to life in this upcoming scenery

The removal of EKCH from FSDG to FlyTampa could be misunderstood by many Flightsimmers as a "defensive and strategic move" particulary by the large Group of "Copenhagen Scenery Supporteres" WHO has been waiting and waiting for years and years for a decent scenery of Kastrup airport promised by You
Why i am asking, is ofcourse by the lack of any Progress report, and the facts that the few and only pictures shown of the legendary "New Copenhagen Airport Project X" are very very old from the very beginning of FSDG's announcement of the project. If the d.... thing is still alive i would presume it could be documented.

So please level with us, if there is bad news, we can take it, but the mere thought of waiting in vain is absolutely unaccepteble. There may be other Designers who are interested in making a Copenhagen project, but hold back due to your "reservation and announcements".

JP, Sorry to tell you, that no one else want to create Copenhagen Airport I have contacted FSDreamteam, They don´t want, I have contacted Flightbeam Studio, but I got the same answer as I got from FSDreamteam, They don´t want to make the airport because they don´t make as much money as they do on an U.S Airport Furthermore it sounds like a very good idear to get some new pictures of the Copenhagen project! I have a little month ago asked for the same, but no pictures yet I think the have cancelled Copenhagen, or otherwise we will not see the airport before 2015? An article on AirdailyX indicates pretty much the same, they want us to buy Scansim's: Copenhagen Airport

Thanks for the information. This is pretty much what i feared. I believe its there desicion, but only ok if it's announced so people know.
Still it strikes me, that the projeckt has been made nicely for FS9, so i believe previous designers should be able to "recyckle" a lot, even there has been a lot of changes in EKCH recently.

There is no drama behind CPH guys.
We are moving this along with other projects, and have already talked about an estimated delivery of Q2 2014.

Apart from early 'wip' announcement screens, we generally avoid early previews.
