Some more shots from the FSX version showing coverage and lighting. More new shots here: http://www.flightsimworld.com/forums/in ... try1828231

Performane in FS2004 won't be a problem.

In FSX we must be realistic, meaning one cannot expect to fly the PMDG into Hong Kong with the same weather & Max-settings used for GA flights in the beautiful wilderness. Same as with any other large city in FSX.

In the 14 months development I ran HK with real-weather quite often and what you see there seems quite common.

It makes for a fun approach, and landing at 31 gives you the feeling of shooting through a gap.

The fact that you hand placed (I assume) each one of those buildings is remarkable.

Actually a cyclone is supposed to dump 500mm (yes I said 500mm) of rain on Hong Kong.

What's suprising there,Hong Kong always get's bad weather!,let's hope those buildings stay in order whilst 500mm of rain is falling down over it,we dont want Martin and George to have to re-model Hong Kong due to buildings collapsing in the rain.

Speaking of which it's absolutly smashing down with rain here in Manchester England, what's new there eh?

Dont you guys ever think about coming up north if you plan on going to the UK,make sure it's London you pick as the weather will be much nicer for you.

lol

Boy, that is looking like some great scenery. I will be looking forward to trying it out.
It looks like you can just jump into the pictures!
Is this something that should be released in the near future, or is there still a lot of work to do on it?
